Speedtest® by Ookla®: Salt Awarded Fastest Fixed Internet in Switzerland
Salt Home provides the fastest Internet Connection in Switzerland* based on real user tests conducted with Speedtest® by Ookla® in the first half of 2024. Salt Home, Salt’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH)-based broadband and TV service, achieved the highest scores among all major fixed internet providers in Switzerland by a wide margin.
Connect Test: Outstanding Network at Outstanding Prices
Salt achieved a significant milestone by advancing to an outstanding rating in this year's Connect mobile network test. With 950 points out of a maximum of 1,000 points, Salt joined its other two national competitors in obtaining the highest test rating across all three test criteria: voice, data and crowdsourcing. This result is the fruit of the company’s significant investments over the past years and reiterates Salt’s commitment to offering its subscribers the best service at outstanding prices.
Nperf: Salt Offers The Best Performing Fixed Broadband Access In Switzerland
Salt maintains unrivalled internet performance on fixed networks and reiterates its number one ranking by a comfortable margin in the Nperf results in Switzerland. This is the conclusion of the 2023 Nperf barometer of fixed internet connections for Switzerland. In 2023, Salt subscribers enjoyed the best-performing upload and download speeds and the lowest latency again overall and also in the category fiber only.

Outstanding Network 2024
According to the Connect mobile network test, published on November 29th, 2023, Salt achieved its highest score ever, securing 950 out of 1,000 points. Salt improved its score by 5 points from the previous year and has continuously increased its score over the last six years.
Best Universal Provider for Residential and SME customers 2024
In 2024, around 10,300 residential and 1,100 business customers evaluated their experiences with their telecommunications providers in the prominent BILANZ telecom rating. Amongst all Swiss operators, Salt ranked best universal provider for residential customers and for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the areas of Mobile Telephony, Internet and TV.
