How to get & pay your bill.
You can find all the information regarding your bill here.
Our recommendation is to pay your bill via direct debit.
Please note: The Salt Mobile and Pro Office bills are independent. Regardless of the chosen payment method, if you are subscribed to both services, there will be two distinct bills to pay, one for Salt Mobile and one for Pro Office.
How you get your bill.
The best way to get your bill is via email or eBill. Go to your billing account(s) configuration section in My Business Account and change your bill delivery method.
By email
Every month, we send you an email for the current billing period. This will give you the total amount due, the due date for payment and payment instructions.
You can also find the PDF of your latest bills 24/7 in My Business Account.
Go to My Business Account to configure the reception of your bills by email.
By eBill
If you have a PostFinance or Swiss bank account, you can register for eBill to view and print your bills 24/7 from the comfort of your home or, if you are on the move, wherever suits you.

How to pay your bill.
The best way to pay your bill is direct debit or eBill.
By direct debit
Direct debit is the simplest and most efficient method of paying your bills. More importantly, this service is free of charge. You no longer have to worry about your payments: the amount due is settled automatically each month. Direct debit can be set up with a bank or PostFinance account. You are always in control: the payments are accessible at any time and can be contested within 30 days. Should you change your mind, direct debit can easily be cancelled.
Note:
- Direct debit will be effective from the moment you receive a bill stating that the amount of the bill will be debited from your bank or PostFinance account. Until then, please pay your bills as usual.
- The form for Salt Mobile customers is different from the form for Pro Office customers. Make sure that you use the correct form. Both of the forms are available below.
- If you have already activated direct debit for one of our services (mobile or Pro Office), you will need to fill out a 2nd form to be able to pay both services by direct debit.
