If you find a lower price elsewhere within 30 days, we will match the lower rate.

How does it work?

Step 1 – Compare prices
Did you find a lower price for the same mobile plan (i.e. same type of services and same amount of devices included, same number of lines) elsewhere within 30 days after signing your contract with Salt?
Step 2 – Fill out our online claims form
Submit a claims form to request a price adjustment to match the lower price.
Step 3 – Upload a screenshot
Take a screenshot that clearly shows the lower price and corresponding price conditions and send it to us within 30 days after signing your contract with Salt.
Step 4 – Request a discount
We'll check your claim and, if applicable, process your discount from your next invoice. It’s as simple as that!

Conditions

Show us the offer for which you are eligible (i.e. same type of services and same amount of devices included, same number of lines as your Salt Pro subscription) with another Swiss telecommunications operator within 30 days after signing your contract with Salt (Pro subscriptions only), and we will adapt our price to this one.
