How to get & pay your bill.
You can find all the information regarding your bill here.
Our recommendation is to pay your bill via direct debit.
How you get your bill.
The best way to get your bill is via email or eBill. To change the way you receive your bills, go to your profile in MBA and click on «Financials-Edit Invoice Delivery».
By email
Every month, we send you an email for the bill period just ended. This will give you the total amount due, the due date for payment and payment instructions.
You can also find the PDF of your latest bills 24/7 in MBA.
If you would like to receive your bill by email, please call us on 0800 700 700.
By eBill
If you have a PostFinance or Swiss bank account you can register for eBill to view and print your bills 24/7 from the comfort of your home or, if you're on the move, wherever suits you.

Opting to receive your bill by email or e-bill will save money and paper.
How to pay your bill.
The best way to pay your bill is direct debit or eBill.
By direct debit
Direct debit is the simplest and most efficient method of paying your bills. More importantly, this service is free of charge. You no longer have to worry about your payments: the amount due is settled automatically each month. Direct debit can be set up with a bank or PostFinance account.
You are always in control: the payments are accessible at any time and can be contested within 30 days. Should you change your mind, direct debit can easily be cancelled.
Note:
- The direct debit will be effective from the moment you receive an invoice stating that the amount of the invoice will be debited from your bank or PostFinance account. Until then, please pay your bills as usual.
- The form for Pro Office customers is different from the form for Salt Home customers. Ensure that you use the correct form (the form for Salt Mobile customers is available below).
- If you already have activated the direct debit for your Pro Office subscription, you will need to fill out the form for your Salt Mobile subscription as well (available below).
