Over the past years, Salt has continuously expanded its services, performance and network coverage, while the prices for its mobile subscriptions have continuously reduced. Due to the significant increase in operating costs, specifically in energy and labour over the last 18 months, Salt has decided, like many other service providers, to adjust the prices for some of its mobile subscriptions as of 10 September 2023. PrePay offers, bundles and options are not affected by the adjustments . Salt remains steadfast in its dedication to delivering the most attractive prices in the market and is determined to implement further enhancements across its products and services going forward.

1. How am I informed about the price increase of my mobile subscription?
An information email and/or SMS will be sent to you personally before the effective date of the price adjustment (10.09.2023) for your mobile subscription.
2. Which subscriptions and packages are increasing?
All mobile subscriptions currently up for sale will undergo a price increase by around 3%. PrePay offers, bundles and options are not affected by the adjustments.
3. What does not change?
There is no price increase for prepaid offers, and options.
4. What happens to my discount?
Your discount amount will keep the same absolute value and duration. Only the monthly fee of your mobile subscription will go up by around 3%. This is the same for all lifetime discount.
5. Will any options or device prices change?
No, all mobile subscriptions currently up for sale will undergo a price increase by around 3%. PrePay offers, bundles and options are not affected by the adjustments.
6. I have a pending order. Will its price increase?
Yes, prices for new customers will also increase on 10 September 2023.
