New «My Account»

My new customer account from 3 November 2021

The new customer account allows you to access all your Salt Mobile and Salt Home subscriptions in one single place.

In just a few clicks, you can thus view your bills and your usage, add options, track your orders, manage your SIM cards and your TV services, etc.

This new version is compatible with all devices (computers, smartphones, tablets), all you need is an internet connection.

To simplify access to your customer account, you log in with an email address.

Logging in to my new customer account

From 3 November 2021, we ask you to log in on my.salt.ch with your email address.

I don't use an email address yet, but a «username» to log in to my Salt Mobile account, what is changing for me from 3 November 2021?

As soon as the new customer account is available, you will receive an invitation to create a new password to the email address registered in your old Salt Mobile account. It is this email address that you will use from now on to log in to our new portal.

If you haven't already received this email, you can also create a new password by using your old Salt Mobile «username» and by clicking on the «Forgot email address?» link. The instructions to be followed will be sent to the email address associated with your Salt Mobile account.

I forgot my Salt Mobile username, what should I do?

If you forgot the email address associated with your Salt Mobile account, you can create a new account in a few minutes by visiting the self-registration page «Create your account» . We ask that you have your contract number, your billing number or your phone number at hand because you will need them during the registration process.

I want to change my password, what do I have to do?

Go to the «Forgotten password?» page and enter your email address. After sending a password reset request, it can take a few seconds for the email to arrive. Please be patient and check your inbox again later. Please also check the spam folder. If you still haven't received an email, try to create an account with your email address on the registration page.

I want to create a new account with a different email address, what should I do?

You can create a new account with a different email address by visiting the self-registration page «Create your account» .

I already use an email address to log in, what is changing for me?

From 3 November 2021, all your Salt Home and Salt Mobile customer accounts will be available in the same place.

If you also have Salt Mobile customer accounts, they will thus be directly accessible.

In case of access problems

In case of access problems, the easiest solution is to reset your password if your email address and your password aren't recognized or to create a new account on the self-registration page ( “Create your account») if your email address isn't already registered in our new system.

If you had the habit of using a username to log in to your Salt Mobile customer account, you can easily create a new account on this page.

It is currently impossible to use the same email address for different customer accounts.

When creating or modifying a password, please update your user name and password in your browser or password manager (i.e. «Password Vault», «Samsung Pass», etc.). Without this step, it is possible that your device automatically fills in the login page with the old credentials (auto-fill function).
