Parental control is not enabled by default. To lock access to channels and their content (live, replay, and recordings), you can activate parental control directly in the TV section on my.salt.ch or in the MySalt app.

Where to watch Max Sensations channels?

Due to licensing restrictions, the content of the Max Sensations package is only accessible on the following screens: 

  • Salt TV Box 
  • Compatible smart TVs 
  • Android Mobile 
  • PC/Mac

Where can I subscribe to the Max Sensations package?

You can subscribe to the package via the TV Shop in the Salt TV app on: 

  • your Salt TV Box; 
  • your compatible smart TV (the TV Shop is not available on Android TV devices); 
  • my.salt.ch or the MySalt app.

How is the Max Sensations package billed?

A "Max Sensations" line will appear on your invoice starting from the activation of the package. 

On the first invoice following activation, you will see: 

  • the prorated charges for the current month; 
  • the full monthly charges for the upcoming month.

How is the content displayed in the app?

Adult (18+) content of the package is only displayed in the TV Guide, the channel list, and, if applicable, the recordings. These are grouped under the category "Other". Access to adult (18+) content can be protected by a parental control PIN code. 

No adult (18+) content is visible on the “Home” page or related pages.
