When I'm travelling in a country of the Salt EUROPE Zone (e.g. in Germany, France or Italy), can I call or send an SMS to any number in the Salt EUROPE zone? Or can I call or send an SMS to anyone in Switzerland?
Yes, if you are in a country that is part of the Salt EUROPE zone (for example in Germany, France or Italy), you will have 100 minutes of incoming calls, calls back to Switzerland and within the visited country. You can also send unlimited SMS to any number in the Salt EUROPE zone.
However, calls to special numbers (084x, 0878, 090x, 18xy) and premium numbers are not included. For more information, check the subscription factsheet, available below the "Order now" button at the top of the page.
What happens if I exceed my high-speed data allowance in the Salt EUROPE zone?
Beyond 4 GB, a Data DayPass is automatically activated for 24 hours allowing unlimited access to the internet, including 1 GB at high speed. Beyond 1 GB, the speed is reduced to 128 kbit/s.
