Traveling abroad can be an enriching experience, but managing your mobile data usage is crucial to avoid unexpected charges. By choosing Salt’s Travel Max plan, you can track your data consumption in real-time worldwide via Cost Control, with no extra fees.

This offer is valid until 28.04.2025 for a new Travel Max mobile subscription for 54.95/month instead of 104.95/month. Subject to a possible extension.
Minimum contract duration: 24 months.
Activation fees: CHF 59.95, SIM card included.
Included roaming data: Data in the Salt EUROPE zone up to a maximum of 40 GB per month, then speed reduction to 128 Kbits/s. Data in TRAVEL zone up to a maximum of 5 GB per month, then speed reduction to 128 Kbits/s.

When I'm travelling in a country of the Salt EUROPE Zone (e.g. in Germany, France or Italy), can I call or send an SMS to any number in the Salt EUROPE zone? Or can I call or send an SMS to anyone in Switzerland?
Yes, if you are in a country that is part of the Salt EUROPE zone (for example in Germany, France or Italy), you will have unlimited calls (incoming, back to Switzerland and in the EUROPE Zone) and unlimited SMS with this subscription.
However, calls to special numbers (084x, 0878, 090x, 18xy) and premium numbers are not included. For more information, check the subscription factsheet, available below the "Order now" button at the top of the page.
What happens if I exceed my high-speed data allowance in the Salt EUROPE zone?
If you exceed your high-speed data allowance, your data speed will be reduced to 128 kbit/s.
To continue surfing at high speed once your allowance is used up, you can purchase additional Data Packs.
Are there roaming charges for calls, SMS and data usage if I travel outside the Salt EUROPE zone or the TRAVEL zone?
