The collaboration between Coop and Salt ends on 8.1.2019. What does that mean for me?

Your contract continues to run unchanged on the Salt net, now under the name Salt Swiss Flat. Superpoints cannot be used anymore. You can find more information about your subscription in the PDF available at the bottom of the page.

Do I need to change my SIM Card?

No, there is no need to change your SIM card nor to do anything else.

Does the price of my subscription change?

No, your subscription fee is still CHF 29.90/month.
For Salt Swiss Flat customers, at the same price the offer is even better: you benefit from unlimited data with 4G high speed and that until the end of 2019.

What is the validity of my contract?

The terms & conditions of your current contract remain valid.
The minimum contract period is:
- Without mobile phone: no minimum contract period, 60 days notice period
- With mobile phone: 24 months minimum contract period

Can I renew my contract with the same conditions?

If your contract is in its renewal period, you can of course renew your contract with the same conditions but you can also benefit from all other Salt offers. To renew your contract you can go to myaccount.salt.ch, visit one of our Salt Stores or call our Customer Service for free at 0800 780 100.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can talk to an agent on our free hotline 0800 780 100. We're here Mon-Fri, 09:00 am – 6:30 pm

Can I pay for my mobile phone or SIM card with Superpoints?

Unfortunately you can no longer pay with Superpoints.

Your contract continues to run unchanged on the Salt net, now under the name Salt Prepaid 3000 (previous tariff, if you subscribed before 30.10.2016) or Salt Prepaid 15 (new tariff, if you subscribed after 30.10.2016). Superpoints cannot be used anymore. You will find more information about your subscription in the PDF available at the bottom of the page.

Do I need to change my SIM Card?

No, there is no need to change your SIM card nor to do anything else.

How can I recharge my credit?

You can recharge your credit with Salt PrePay vouchers that you will find in our Salt Stores, at the Swiss Post, Interdiscount, Fust and SBB as well as in many kiosks. You can also recharge your credit online with a Salt PrePay voucher or simply with your credit card on myaccount.salt.ch/guest/recharge .You will find all recharge solutions on www.salt.ch/prepay.

Can I still use vouchers from the previous Coop Mobile Prepaid (purchased before 09.01.2019)?

Yes, you can still use CoopMobile Prepaid vouchers which you have purchased before 09.01.2019. As of 09.01.2019, you can recharge by paying with Salt PrePay vouchers (please refer to question 3).

Can I use Superpoints to recharge my credit?

Unfortunately, you can no longer pay your credit with Superpoints.
